Spent New Year's Eve here and had a great time! Loved the spacious rooms that were kept clean throughout our stay. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. We enjoyed the sauna and pool that were available for booking, and the restaurant had excellent food for a decent price. Plus, the location was perfect, only a short drive away from the ski lifts.
The walls of the rooms are paper-thin, which meant we could hear all the noise from other guests. It was a bit annoying that the payment by card wasn't accepted even though the website stated otherwise, but we managed to sort that out. Also, we had to pay extra for breakfast, which wasn't that great; for the price, we were expecting a bit more.

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They spoke good English and helped us with everything we needed. The location was perfect, as it was close to the slopes and main road. The hotel facilities were also great, as we enjoyed the sauna and pool which were available for an extra charge. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable with a nice log design.
Nothing we didn't like to be fair.

This hotel was perfect for my city break! The rooms were spacious and cozy, and the location was fantastic - only a short distance from the main attraction of the area. I also enjoyed the eco-friendly features of the hotel and the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom.
I did have a few minor issues during my stay. Although the staff were friendly, there was a slight language barrier that made communication difficult at times.
